 Criminal Syndicate vs Avengers.


Hey folks.


So today is a bit of a different touch to my usual ramblings on a written blog. Last week my game bubble friend and I tried out recording a game, then editing it.

I've uploaded it to YouTube and I'll embed the video here so you can watch it.

It is very very basic and "raw". It's not how the end result would be as we would obviously improve on camera angle, vocal clarity, graphical aids etc but the video will give you a basic idea of what's we are going to be looking at. The graphics in this video are essentially place holders.

We have changed up the mat as well to give our recent game a far more different feel to the usual roundabout type mat.

Any and all feedback is welcome. Where we can improve beyond stuff I've already mentioned, what you as a viewer would like to see more or less of - it doesn't have to be restricted to stuff we have done already, if you want to see more Web warriors for instance we can do that -, and stuff like that.

The game is Criminal Syndicate v Avengers as the title of the page says :-)

Avengers - Cap, Wolverine, Okoye, Medusa, Hawkeye

CrimSynd - Kingpin, Modok, Mystique, Taskmaster and Okoye 


And ill upload a pic of the map from a different angle to give you all an idea. 



I hope you all enjoy the video. I hate the sound of my own voice so recording something was a big step for me. Hopefully it doesn't annoy you as much as it annoys me :-D

  ProTech Games, Street Level Violence 14-04-2024 Hey folks 🙂 Decided to write another one of my awe-inspiring blog posts....or despair invoking, I'll let you decide 🙂 This weeks post takes me down to ProTech in Stockton-on-Tees for Street Level Violence. I know what you're thinking; "isn't that just a standard day for Stockton?" Well, it isn't! It's a lovely place 😉 This event has been named so, by the stellar TO that is Anthony Poole, because there's an in house restriction of only 4 threat characters or lower; so no Hulk, CGR, Malekith, etc etc. This does have the unfortunate side effects of essentially ruling out factions like A-Force, Sentinels, Inhumans etc who all have 5+ threat leaders, but I feel for a one off event it's acceptable.
