As you may know, for those that regularly read or watch the videos we make, we have been talking the last few weeks about sorting out a channel name and the like. 

Well, its sorted! :D

During the videos I make you may see this logo at the start up, or in the bottom corner of the main camera stream during the game.


This logo was made as its indicative of the Marvel Crisis Protocol Scotland community which I am excited to be part of, in the overall global MCP scene. But, this logo wasn't the long term plan, the person I make videos with, along with myself, wanted to have our own channel that would incorporate MCP, Star Wars Legion, Star Wars Armada etc. 

So to that end our new channel will be called.....dun dun duuuun....Midlife Crisis Protocol. :D Indicative of our life situation, our love for MCP and wanting our own spin on things.



From now on the original logo will operate alongside this new one. The content will be the same, I will still post written reports on here as this is my own blog, but the videos will switch over to the new branded channel rather than my own personal one :)

I hope you guys enjoy the content, all the feedback (good and bad) is always welcome as it helps us improve the channel quality and ultimately deliver a better experience for the viewer :)

  ProTech Games, Street Level Violence 14-04-2024 Hey folks 🙂 Decided to write another one of my awe-inspiring blog posts....or despair invoking, I'll let you decide 🙂 This weeks post takes me down to ProTech in Stockton-on-Tees for Street Level Violence. I know what you're thinking; "isn't that just a standard day for Stockton?" Well, it isn't! It's a lovely place 😉 This event has been named so, by the stellar TO that is Anthony Poole, because there's an in house restriction of only 4 threat characters or lower; so no Hulk, CGR, Malekith, etc etc. This does have the unfortunate side effects of essentially ruling out factions like A-Force, Sentinels, Inhumans etc who all have 5+ threat leaders, but I feel for a one off event it's acceptable.   MCP in 2023, A Year in Review. Hey folks :) Thought I would  resurrect this old thing :) Been over 2 years since I last posted on this, mainly as the Midlife Crisis Protocol channel took off; in views and time required for editing and posting. So I guess this blog kind of fell redundant, til now. I did actually mean to post up in 2022 but between work and life and everything else I forgot, and when I got round to it it was far past a reasonable time to post a review of 2022.  SO....where are we? Well I'd have referred back to 2021 to remind me how to put a format to all of this, but it turns out Blogger only keeps posts for about 18 months, so this post is going to be a combination of planned structure and actual winging it :) I will try and break it down into a few subsections for easier reading :) Midlife Crisis Protocol.  Hey folks Just an update. This blog hasn't died a death haha. Just been busy with house moving stuff and Adam has had a busier than usual social life lately. :-) We are still getting games in and making videos, it's just making time to edit them. I'll try and get something up for this coming weekend :-) Thanks for being patient and hopefully be back to more regular updates soon. Cheers :-)
